Changing Minds LogoChanging Minds Counselling Service Reopens:

An initiative of Galway City Partnership, the Changing Minds counselling service based in the Galway Peoples' Resource Centre, St Clare's Walk, Merchant's Road has reopened.

The 5-30pm to 8-30pm counselling service is free at the point of need and has been designed for adults on low income who happen to feel a bit more worried than usual, stressed or even depressed.

If you have been feeling like this then maybe your mental health needs a bit more looking after. If you would like to talk with a counsellor then phone 086 030 34 80 in confidence to find out what steps you can take to improve your health and well being.
